More Photos of Jane Austen Quilts

Leigh has sent me some lovely photographs of her "Hunsford" which she began in class at Carolyn's Quilting Room in Wodonga in February.  I love her colours.  She has used lots of teal blue, brown and a lovely pink.  So pretty.

Here is a close up of the centre - love that pink in the cornerstone squares and the detail of the little border stripe.

Here are a couple of her gorgeous outside blocks in teal, brown and a touch of pink.

Kerrie has sent me a photo of her beautiful "Rosings".  She has just received it back from Leanne Valiukas of LoVe it Quilting.  Leanne has quilted it in an edge to edge pattern.  It is a great option to have these large quilts quilted in a continuous pattern as it does not detract from the applique and is a more affordable choice.

Kerrie loves the colour green and I love the soft green she has used here for her applique background. The border fabric is also gorgeous in red with stunning flower shapes.

Congrats ladies.
