Some Centres for "Fleur"

Some of the ladies at Pioneer have been working on their centre blocks for "Fleur": my quilt design inspired by antique Dutch textiles.

Here is the centre block made by Karen in some very pretty fabrics.  She has used the turned under seam allowance method of applique.  Very beautifully done.

This is Jan's centre, also turned seams, in lovely florals and greens.

Here is Glenda's centre.  I love the mix of pretty fabrics she has used in her hour glass border.

This is Julie's centre, using button hole stitch applique by hand.

This is Robin's centre, also with button hole stitch applique.

Meanwhile, Chris has been working on her "Spikes and Specks" blocks.  Great!
