Class List at Hobbysew Kings Park

I will now be teaching three separate classes at Hobbysew Kings Park each month.  This is a great shop with lots of yummy fabric, notions, machines and everything crafty.  The staff are all really friendly and helpful.

The first Wednesday of each month from July 2015:
10am to 4pm.  This is a new class.
I offer my students their choice of some of my major quilt projects (excluding the Jane Austen Quilt Collection) including lots of machine pieced and foundation pieced and machine appliqued quilts, cushions, bags and table runners.

"Spikes and Specks"

"Ashbourne Mill"

"Bloomin' Logs"

The first Thursday of each month: continuing class from 10am to 4pm: "Jane Austen Quilt Collection" - most students in this class have commenced by making "Pemberley" but you may wish to choose one of the other five Jane Austen quilts.  All of these quilts are named after places featured in Jane Austen's novel "Pride and Prejudice" and are inspired by the style of antique English quilts.  They involve lots of hand applique and English paper piecing.

"Longbourne"

"Hunsford"

The second Wednesday of each month: continuing class from 1.30pm to 4.30pm.
This shorter three hour class is designed for students to continue to work on my major projects commenced in other classes and to begin some of my simpler projects: jelly roll quilts, samplers, cushions, bags and table runners.  Every student is working on a different project.

Please phone the lovely ladies at Hobbysew Kings Park on 9621 4000 to discuss these class options or send me an email.
