Take a Look at the Quilts I was shown Today!

Today I returned to Jukejema Quilting Barn to teach a group of ladies machine applique techniques.

Here they are hard at work on their samples.

Carol brought her magnificent "Pemberley" centre to show me.  Carol is a very talented patchwork tutor who loves reproduction fabrics as much as I do.

Look at this....

Wow, it is gorgeous!  Carol used a very beautiful lacy fabric for the scallops around her oval centre medallion.  She continued this theme by making tiny scallops along her corner pot blocks. Stunning!

Then we were delighted to see Di's finished "Longbourne" applique centre block. Soft, fresh colours make a beautiful quilt centre.
