My students are doing some amazing work on their "Hunsford" centres at Pioneer Patchwork, Narellan. It is always so great to see all the different colour combinations used, especially when they digress from my original quilt. My "Hunsford" was made in black and red on cream. Take a look at these combos...
First is Theresa's version in pink, purple, green and gold.
Here is Birgit's version in purple, black, gold and green.
This one is by Narelle - awesome in black, cream and grey/vintage purple.
This one is by Iain in navy and red.
This one is by Claudine with great fussy cutting in the large hexagons.
This is by Jenny. Also great fussy cutting in her centre diamonds. Love it.
It was great to see Robyn's version finished from an earlier series of classes, except for the final border. It has a very lacy look with the lovely striped border print. Well done. It is amazing.
