Lots of Class Action

I have been flat out teaching lots of classes this week.

My girls have been very busy working on their various quilts.

Here are some highlights:

This is Natalie's clam shell border for her stunning Bollywood version of "Longbourne".  She
has a row of green and then some beautiful striped fussy cuts.  Keep going, Nat!

Here are a couple of blocks Dawn is working on for her whack and stack "Rococo" quilt.  Each Le Moyne star block has turned out completely different with different colours dominating.

Then I have lots of photos of the most gorgeous "Rosings" centres from yesterday's class.  The first is Birgit's in lovely pink and green on a stunning red background.

The next one was made by Dot in rich reds and browns.

This one is by Elaine.  She is using a cream background. I am looking forward to seeing her appliqué as it will look quite different to the dark backgrounds.

This one belongs to Kerrie.  She has done a lot of fussy cutting.  She made four different versions of her urn yesterday.  At last here is the approved version. It looks amazing.

Here is Leanne's centre and then her wonderful pot and vines in very rich red colours. One more handle to come, of course!

This is made by Sue.  I love her combination of acid green and grey/blue.  Her appliqué will be on a black background. Wow!

This is Margaret's version.  She decided to make a very soft muted version with this lovely green for the background and some William Morris prints.  It is really beautiful.

This is the glorious "Pemberley" centre being made by Chris. Her darker background is a lovely soft peach colour and her scallops are a very pretty green. Chris always puts a lot of time and effort into her beautiful quilts and she is very prolific. I love it Chris. Cannot wait to see the rest.

I hope you have enjoyed these photos. I am very proud of all of my students.
