We will travel from this base to visit lots of locations associated with Jane Austen, her novels and her era.
You will see her beautiful quilt at Chawton.
We will visit the residences of some of the Austen relatives.
I cannot recommend this tour more highly to those interested in quilts, history, literature, textiles, architecture, embroidery, fine art, furniture, gardens and all things English. The tour is not only for the ladies and gentlemen are also welcome.
You do not need to know lots about Jane Austen, just be happy to absorb yourself in beautiful surroundings in the company of like minded people and be looked after impeccably. Too easy!
The tour is based for 10 nights in the beautiful Georgian city of Bath. Helen has added some amazing new places to visit on the 2018 tour. Very exciting.
