Some More Wonderful Jane Austen Quilts at The Stitchers Cupboard

It is wonderful to see all of the work being done by my fabulous students at The Stitchers Cupboard.

I have taught two groups of ladies the second instalment of "Lambton" this week.

Here are some of the beautiful quilts they are making.

Karen is using an unusual arrangement of dark and light background fabrics.  She is not afraid of bling!  Any fabric with gold or sparkle is in her stash.  It is looking amazing.

This is Jenny's soft and pretty version with a striped scallop we are going to put on a pink background.

This is Kerry's fabulous centre with lots of amazing fussy cutting in golds and blues.

This version is Jen's centre with gorgeous purple and cream plus a touch of red.

Jen and Julie are using many of the same fabrics but their quilts are totally different.  Julie has used more pink and green in her version.

This one is by Jennie with blues, gold and orange.  Lovely.

This last one is by Narelle in soft tones of blue and gold with pink.

Happy stitching ladies.
