Day 2 of Victor Harbor Retreat

We have had a great day today continuing to work on Pemberley and Longbourne quilts at The Quilting Room retreat.

First, this is Sandra's centre.  She is new to fussy cutting and thinks she might now be addicted!  Yay!

This one belongs to Danielle.  She has used some beautiful William Morris fabrics she has been collecting.  Looking gorgeous.

This one belongs to Jackie.  She has been working on her very stunning scallops around her Pemberley oval centre.  Wow!

I had a little time to paddle in the water at the beach across the road from the retreat house.  The water was beautiful.  I have really enjoyed looking at the ocean and seeing all the glorious colours of the sea in its different moods.

Only one more night and a day to go.  Coming home tomorrow night after class.

Great second day. Thanks for the help with the piping on the centre oval applique. So much fun, sewing and lots of good hearted laughter.
