Lovely Way to Spend a Sunday

I have been teaching a group of ladies from around the Richmond area for about ten years now.  We get together every couple of months and the girls have been making a number of my quilt patterns.

Here are two of Judy's quilts recently back from quilter Michele Turner at Cranebrook.

The first one is my design called "Aura" with paper foundation pieced New York Beauty blocks:



Here is a close up of the corner:



This is another one of my designs called "Jelly Jewels", a sampler quilt with all the blocks made from a jelly roll.  Lots of fun.  Judy's version is gorgeous in pink and black.

Great work, Judy! (That's actually Christine poking out from behind the quilt, Judy seems to be hiding!)
