Here is her beautiful "Florentine" quilt, all completed. We needed to be careful to fussy cut the magnificent Wyndham border fabric so that the flowers ran the correct way and the brown stripe with the bird remained on the outside of the quilt.
We took the colours for the quilt from this border fabric to include lots of different fabrics in teal, red and olive green. A very beautiful colour scheme.
The quilt included some appliqué with embroidery and lots of pieced blocks and borders.

This shot shows the lovely border. I also bought a piece of this fabric, enough to border a quilt some time in the future. I look forward to using a similar colour scheme. Thanks, Robin.
