Fourth Class for Group 1 of "Hunsford"

Today was the final class in a series of four for my first group of "Hunsford" students.

Three of the ladies were u2d: that is, Up To Date!  Wow!  They have worked really hard to keep up the pace with the work on this quilt, the fifth in my Jane Austen Quilt Collection.

The ladies were working on the final block design. Here are some photos from the day:

First this is Jan's quilt in brown and blue.  The paisley border gives it a beautiful 'tapestry' feel.

These are Jenny's blocks, magnificent in blue and red and silver.  Would you believe this is the first quilt Jenny has made in class?  Wow, she is clever.  I love it.

This is a corner of Kay's quilt.  Looking great in red and black.
